Here’s how:
1. Send Your Application
Show us how your background fits in with what we’re looking for in our new hire. You’ll provide a resume and quick video to showcase yourself.
2. 15-Minute Initial Chat
If we like what we see, you’ll have a 15-minute call to discuss a high-level overview of your experience and if you’ll be a good match.
3. Strength Tests
You’ll then be sent 2 tests (only about 20 minutes) from the Predictive Index (PI). First is to gauge how you interact and work, second is to look at learning preference.
4. Paid Test Project
This is where you’ll work with us, before you work with us. It’s just as much for you as it is for us!
5. Meet with Dan
At this point, we think you’re a great fit, and you’ll do a quick 10 minute call with Dan for sign off before we send the offer.
6. Offer
You’ll receive an offer from our team that, if you accept, then you’ll be on your way to starting an insane journey.
